W.H. (Bill) Clark, P. Geol.
Bill Clark is a professional geologist who founded Bounty in 1974. He holds a Bachelor in Geology and a degree in Geological Engineering from Colorado College. He began his career with Texaco Canada in 1955, before moving to Trend Exploration in 1968 and then started Bounty Developments in 1974.

Paul Clark, B.A., LL.B.
CEO and Manager of Land and Business Development
Paul is the Manager of Land and Business Development for Bounty. Mr. Clark practiced law in Calgary, Alberta from 1986 prior to working in the oil and gas industry. He holds the designation of Professional Landman (P. Land) with the Canadian Association of Professional Landmen (CAPL). He is also a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN).
Sharon Supple, C.A., B. Comm
Sharon joined Bounty in the role of Financial Controller in April 2021. Previously Ms. Supple was Chief Financial Officer of Traverse Energy Ltd., a junior public oil and gas company. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.
Jon Clark, M.S., B.A., B.A.
Jon has been the exploration manager at Bounty since 1996. Prior to this role, Mr. Clark worked at Marathon Oil, and as a geochemist for Seakem Oceanography Ltd. He holds multiple degrees, including a Masters in Geology from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelors in Geology from the University of Colorado, and a BA in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
Julie Atkins, B.Sc., B.A.
Julie Atkins has over 30 years of experience in geological exploration with Bounty. Ms. Atkins holds a B.Sc. degree in Geology and a B.A. degree in Business, both from the University of Colorado.
Terry Buchanan, P.Eng
Terry provides independent geological and petrophysical consulting services to Bounty. He has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, which has included a wide variety of roles including log interpretation specialist with Schlumberger and Geoscience Adviser at Imperial Oil/ Exxon Mobil. He has experience in a large number of basins and geological play types. He is a Professional Engineer with memberships in APEGA and CSPG.
Drilling and Operations
Peter Lubey, P. Eng.
Peter joined Bounty in 2020 and is responsible for engineering, operations and asset evaluation duties. He has over 35 years experience in various technical engineering roles along with holding senior management positions at a variety of small and mid -sized oil and gas producers. Peter was also a past Director at the Canadian Heavy Oil Association (CHOA) and is currently a Professional Engineer registered with APEGA.
